Choose the longer base dimension. 4. Pick a wall thickness from the options available for your box dimensions. Keep in mind that a thinner wall is suitable for light-duty uses like a display cover, while a thicker wall is recommended for heavier items inside the box or on top of it. Please note that wall thicknesses of 1/8" and 3/16" are not available for larger sized boxes when ordering online.
